April began her career in caring for the elderly, working through national vocational qualifications in care Level 2 and 3. Following university April qualified with merit as a registered mental health nurse in 2010.

How it started.

With desire and ambition to be successful, April became a Public Health Senior Nurse, caring for children for 6 years. It was during this period April became interest in the aesthetics industry and embarked in a change of career to start a family-run business in aesthetics.

Over the last three years, as part of April’s training in aesthetics she attended basic, advanced and master classes and has managed5 clinics in salons in the South East (Essex). In 2018, April built her own business Meredith Medical and launched her own home studio to accommodate the growing business. Meredith Medical is a now an approved clinic by SAVE FACE TM, one of only two accredited in Southend-on-Sea.

Trained in Human Resource Management with 10 years’ experience in operational and advisory HR positions within the Insurance industry. Varied background prior to this in Finance, Sales, Clinical Hypnotherapy and the Police Force as a Special Constable. Wife to Ben and parent to two little boys. Crown Aesthetics Training Academy has brought an exciting new adventure and I am proud to be part of an organisation with such a strong set of values that aims to provide the very best training to prepare our delegates for the world of aesthetics.

Sarah Fearon

After graduating with a BSc(Hons) in Health & Community Studies (psychology and immunology), Sarah gained a diploma in public relations and began her career in healthcare PR working with a number of pharmaceutical companies. Following this Sarah worked as a senior PR manager in an FMCG PR agency and L’Oreal within the Luxury Products Division. Developing her international marketing skills over the last 15 years, Sarah has also worked at Wallpaper*magazine, Diesel, InStyle, Value Retail and most recently launched ICON Outlet at The O2.
